Users of Penetrace may, by the active consent from the relevant brands within the Penetrace solution, gain access to closed/ confidential Brand areas. It is the brands themselves who decides whether or not you are granted access to their areas. If you are given such an access to one or more areas, you hereby consent to the following Non-disclosure agreement for all future time including further access to new Brand areas at a later time:
I will remain silent about all information, data, and every business I'll get to know regardless of origin and source. This applies indifferently to how I receive it, in what form it is, or whom I receive the information from. This agreement stands until the information in question with certainty is considered publicly known. Open campaigns and everything which lies within the domain called "Forum" are regarded as publicly known information.
I know that said data is owned by, among others, customers of Penetrace AS and should be treated as strictly confidential data. Any transgression of this Non-dislosure agreement will be considered as a serious illegal offence and may be prosecuted in the court of law by Penetrace AS and/or customers of Penetrace AS. I will make sure to maintain the said agreement regarding all persons I may associate with, including friends and family. In the event that a further cooperation should be discontinued, will I return and thereafter destroy any physically remaining reproductions of confidential information in my keeping. *Data is defined as: All campaign materiel (campaign overviews, information registered for each campaign, etc.) effect data ( such as turnover, number of customers, ROI, CPT, etc.), perception data ( such as repondent data on commercial tests), user access data ( data concerning what kind of access persons have within Penetrace), models, classification data, and other data related to campaigns, brands, and brand areas which I have gained access to, and received knowledge of, through the use of Penetrace. Data includes data type, classifications of data and assets in real and accumulated form, including words and expressions. Internal articles, discussions, conclusions and similar are also regarded as data.
